About This Game

Portal 2 NSP ROM is an action-puzzle game. The first Portal was renowned for its unexpected twists and captivating storyline. Its unique, physics-based, first-person gameplay was undeniable. The evil, bloodthirsty android GLaDOS was a fascinating and colorful character, captivating in her perversity. The jokes and songs about surviving radioactive fallout remain hilarious. The game was short, concise, and impactful. Creating a sequel without the same characters and without feeling like a simple expanded version of Portal is a daunting task. But this doesn’t seem to pose a problem for Valve. From waking up in the rusting Aperture Science factory to the end credits, Portal 2 rarely disappoints. The world is larger, the story is richer, and the character development is more surprising.

The game tells the story of Aperture Science’s laboratory and explores the origins of its characters. While the narrative pace sometimes slows when the game takes a more serious turn, the abundance of witty and touching jokes, along with death threats, maintains the game’s satirical edge. Prepare to laugh, even if you’re not struggling with puzzles, your face contorted by the screen. You once again play as Chill, who joined The Opening after the events of the first game. You’ll soon meet Wheatley, a spherical robot voiced by Stephen Merchant (of Ricky Gervais’s “Extras” series), who will lend a hand in the early levels.

Game Story

Portal 2 features numerous puzzle-filled test chambers, punctuated by narrative events and even excursions outside the sterile laboratories. Portal’s journey begins with a rude awakening from a centuries-long slumber. While Portal 2 prioritizes story and character development, you’ll also spend a significant amount of time solving complex spatial puzzles in the test chambers. Valve has drastically improved Portal’s gameplay, multiplying the rewarding gaming experiences.

Campaign: Long and Varied Game

Solving the puzzles often demands quick reflexes and sharp thinking. Regardless of the difficulty, the solutions are always logical. Sometimes the path forward is obvious: use the lenses’ lasers to activate and deactivate platforms and access devices. Other times, you’ll remain stuck until all possibilities are exhausted, until a solution seems so intuitive that you curse your own clumsiness. Even when puzzles involve varied mechanics such as jumps, laser beams, light bridges, and freezes, Valve cleverly provides all the necessary clues without resorting to a series of on-screen warnings to explain the next step.
