About This Game

Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee NSP ROM is an action game that offers a fantastic experience, allowing you to battle and trade Pokémon with other players via Wi-Fi or the internet. It is undeniably the perfect update to Pokémon Yellow and is often considered one of the best Pokémon games ever. The game boasts high replayability, allowing you to trade Pokémon and battle with friends, and while its storyline is reminiscent of older Pokémon games, it remains a fun and nostalgic experience.

However, as the incredible success of Pokémon GO in 2016 demonstrates, there has always been nostalgia for the first generation of Pokémon, and since then, developers have ensured that each generation had a unique beginning for the series. Kids in the ’90s had Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow, and no game has ever come close to matching them at any stage of their development.

So, Nintendo and Game Freak’s decision to bring a similar experience to millennials with the Game Boy Advance by combining Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen was a smart move. Now, a younger generation, spanning three decades, can embark on their own adventures in the Kanto region and enjoy the Pokémon experience in the place where the series began.

Poké Ball — Let’s Go Eevee NSP ROM

Additionally, there’s another change, perhaps a radical one: battles with wild Pokémon have been removed. As in Pokémon GO, when you encounter a Pokémon, a colored circle appears and then shrinks. If playing on TV, you’ll need to use the Poké Ball Plus accessory or a single Joy-Con to throw the Poké Ball and propel it forward. Again, the idea of throwing a Poké Ball is incredibly tempting, but it comes with an unnecessary cost: the problem of missing the Poké Ball, inherited from Pokémon GO.

In the original Pokémon games, each Poké Ball landed perfectly, requiring careful aim until it vibrated three times and made a clicking sound, indicating the Pokémon you’d caught. However, missing multiple Pokémon is incredibly frustrating, especially when the motion controls aren’t perfectly precise, as the game doesn’t launch them where you’d like.

Kanto Region — Let’s Go Eevee NSP ROM

As always, exploring the world of Pokémon in Let’s Go is a true delight. No matter how familiar you are with the Kanto region, seeing it in high definition is breathtaking and brings it to life. This is the best representation of Pokémon you could ask for, and I personally hope to see a Breath of the Wild-style open world in the next generation of the main series next year. After playing these Let’s Go games, I’m sure the next one will find a way to amaze players even more.

Among the game’s new features are beautiful cinematics featuring your partner Pokémon, which make the experience much more similar to the TV series. You can even bring another Pokémon with you to Kanto, just like Pikachu did in the original Pokémon Yellow. New stories await, too. Of course, the return of Team Rocket’s Jessie, James, and Mewt, their first appearance in a Pokémon RPG since Yellow, is the culmination of all this work.
